By accessing, loading, or playing Shadow Stack in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. Shadow Stack is a free-to-play casual browser game offered purely for personal entertainment. It requires no download, no account registration, and no payment. The game runs entirely in your web browser using standard web technologies.
Subject to these Terms, Shadow Stack grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and play Shadow Stack for your own private, non-commercial enjoyment. This licence does not include any right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicence, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the game or any component of it.
All elements of Shadow Stack — including but not limited to source code, visual assets, animations, audio, and written text — are the intellectual property of Shadow Stack and its contributors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of these materials to you.
While using Shadow Stack you must not:
Shadow Stack is a completely free game. It contains no in-app purchases, no paid upgrades, no virtual currency available for real money, and no gambling or wagering elements of any kind. Any points, scores, or achievements you earn in the game are fictional game-state values with zero monetary worth in the real world.
Shadow Stack is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. Shadow Stack makes no warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the game will be available continuously, free of bugs, or compatible with every browser or device.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shadow Stack and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use Shadow Stack. Because the game is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the game is limited to zero.
Shadow Stack reserves the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue Shadow Stack or any part of it at any time and without notice. We may also revise these Terms at any time. The 'Last updated' date reflects the current version. Your continued use of the game after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Shadow Stack is registered, excluding its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
